A Few Clear Thinking Hints for the Casinos

As an avid player, I have found out a couple of important lessons while playing over the the last couple of years. Whether you like to wagering at the land based’ casinos or the many online casinos. Below are my golden rules of gaming, most of which may be considered clear thinking, but if followed they will assist you in going a long way to leaving with a sense of enjoyment.

Rule one: Go into a casino with a predetermined value that you are ready and are able to manage to spend – How much would it cost for an evening out on food, beers, cover fees and tips? This is a perfect value to use.

Rule two: Do not take your cash card out with you – or any other means of drawing money out. Do not worry about money for the cab if you squander all of it; most cab operators, in particular the ones hailed by casinos, will take you to your home and are more than happy to wait for the moola when you get home.

Rule three: Stick to an upper cap. I always think of what I would love to buy should I win. The last time I was able to go, I concluded I’d quite like to purchase a new digital SLR camera which retailed at $400, so that was my predetermined cutoff. As soon as I achieved that number, I walked away. Just walk away. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself tells you the next number for the roulette wheel, pay no attention to her and walk away. Depart safe in the knowledge that you will certainly be going into the mall and acquiring a nice new toy!

Rule four: Have fun. When you’re "enthusiastic" you usually will succeed. It’s a fact. I don’t understand how, but it just is. Once it feels like a job, or you are only gambling to earn money you have lost, you usually will be deprived of more. When you are profiting, having an excellent experience with your friends, or your significant other, you usually will win even more.
